JOB SUMMARY:

The primary role of the Inspector is to ensure the product meets assigned inspection/testing specifications by utilizing various standardized inspection and test methods.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Performs daily post-processing inspection per assigned inspection criteria requirements.
• Performs special instructions per VITO or trial requirements.
• Maintains and stores batch packet forms for all inspected pieces.
• Performs performance indicator testing as required.

• Repellency
• Lamination Bond Pull test

• Identifies non-conforming products and follows appropriate procedures.
• Identifies non-conforming product that requires standard rework and follows appropriate procedures.
• Support Quality & functional department teams in addressing quality issues as they arise in operations.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• End of Day Process for organization and next day set up
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proficient communication in both written and oral forms.
• Strong attention to details both visually and written.
• Ability to use a computer and learn a new system.
• ·Operate Hoist System.
• Knowledge in textiles industry and finishing textiles preferred but not required
